PromoteBoost is a SaaS solution that allows businesses to create and manage their affiliate programs, integrated with Stripe for payment management.

2. Acceptance of Terms

Use of the Platform implies full and complete acceptance of these Terms. By creating an account or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted all of these terms.

PromoteBoost reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of any substantial changes by email or via the Platform.

3. Description of Services

PromoteBoost offers the following services:

Creation and management of affiliate programs
Real-time tracking of clicks, conversions, and revenue
Management of affiliates and their commissions
Integration with Stripe for automated payments
Customizable affiliate portal (white-label available)
Advanced dashboards and analytics
Generation of affiliate links and QR codes

Available features depend on the subscribed plan (Free, Starter, or Pro).

4. Registration and User Account

4.1 Registration Requirements

To use the Platform, you must:

Be a legal entity or an individual of legal age
Have the legal capacity to enter into contracts
Provide accurate and up-to-date information
Have a valid Stripe account for payment features

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities carried out from your account. In case of suspected unauthorized use, you must notify us immediately.

5. Pricing and Payment

5.1 Plans and Pricing

PromoteBoost offers several pricing plans:

Free Plan: $0/month - Up to $2,000/month in affiliate revenue, 1 campaign, unlimited affiliates
Starter Plan: $49/month - Up to $10,000/month in revenue, unlimited campaigns, automated payments
Pro Plan: $99/month - Unlimited revenue, white-label portal, priority support

PromoteBoost does not take any commission on your affiliate revenue. Only the monthly or annual plan fee applies.

5.2 Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually based on your choice. Annual payment includes a 20% discount. Payments are processed securely via Stripe.

5.3 Plan Changes

You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes are applied immediately and billed pro-rata.

6. User Obligations

By using the Platform, you agree to:

Comply with applicable laws and third-party rights
Not use the Platform for illegal or fraudulent purposes
Not attempt to circumvent security measures
Not use unauthorized bots or automated scripts
Comply with Stripe's terms of service
Inform your affiliates of your own partnership terms
Pay commissions owed to your affiliates within agreed deadlines

7. Intellectual Property

All elements of the Platform (design, text, logos, software, features) are the exclusive property of PromoteBoost and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Use of the Platform does not grant you any intellectual property rights over these elements. Any unauthorized reproduction, representation, or exploitation is prohibited.

8. Liability

8.1 Service Availability

PromoteBoost strives to ensure Platform availability 24/7. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

8.2 Limitation of Liability

PromoteBoost shall not be held liable for indirect damages, data loss, lost profits, or damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Platform, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

9. Termination

You can terminate your account at any time from your account settings. Termination will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

PromoteBoost reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account in case of violation of these Terms, without notice or compensation.

10. Data Protection

The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy , which forms an integral part of these Terms.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which PromoteBoost operates. In case of dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution before any legal action.

In the absence of an amicable resolution, the competent courts shall have sole jurisdiction to hear the dispute.
